We at Ceriz follow a 10 Day return policy for non-discounted and discounted products shopped from our website – Ceriz.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Ceriz. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 10 Day after purchase if the following conditions are met:
1. All Ceriz items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
2. Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
3.Footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Footwear that is returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website within the applicable Returns Policy period. In a rare event of the replacement being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided once the product is received. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise at email@example.com. In order to be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 10 days of receiving the order.
Before returning any products, the customer must request an authorization to return the products, simply contact Ceriz to cancel your order. You can either contact us by calling on the customer care number 08879681927 or write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
After inspection we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. Such as
1. Name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
2. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered actual products.
3. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
4. Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.
This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment.
In case of Return/Exchange COD charge is non refundable.
Exchanging an item for a more suitable size is free of charge, however all exchanges are subject to stock availability. We do not exchange any item for an alternative color or style, we suggest that you return your purchase for a refund (Refer to return policy) and place a new order with us.
You can email us with the details of your order to be cancelled before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still write an email to us and we will arrange a reverse pick up once it has been delivered. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. Kindly refer to the return policy for the same.
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by Ceriz. We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
The Management's decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of refund shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
